As a potential change in ownership looms, Roma have already identified some transfer targets and will look to add some more power in attack, according to Tuttosport.

The lack of a pure striker has often been a problem for the capital club over the past few seasons, but should they become owned by the Swiss-German conglomerate headed by Vinicio Fioranelli, they will look to sign either Chelsea hitman Didier Drogba or Arsenal bomber Emmanuel Adebayor.

Over four years, Fioranelli is ready to invest between 欧元150-160 million in the transfer market and one of the African strikers is the first name on the list.

However, alternatives such as Real Madrid duo Klaas-Jan Huntelaar and Gonzalo Higuain, as well as Milan veteran Andrey Shevchenko are being touted as alternatives, as the Premier League outfits may not let their star assets leave.

Roma struggled in Serie A last season, coming in sixth place and thus missing out on Champions League football.

Roma Set To Sign Marco Motta Permanently - Report

The Giallorossi are about to add Motta to their ranks after agreeing a permanent deal with the player...

Italy Under-21 defender Marco Motta is set to join Roma on a permanent basis following his loan spell there from Udinese, according to reports.

Motta joined the Giallorossi in February on a loan deal which expires this summer. The loan agreement included an option to buy the player permanently, and it seems the Lupi are in the process of sealing a deal. The stopper has impressed Luciano Spalletti and he has been offered a contract after Udinese and Roma agreed a fee.

Tuttomercatoweb.com claims Roma will pay Udinese around 3.5million to obtain the full rights to the player. The move will be seen as a major coup in Rome as reports suggested Juventus and Fiorentina were pushing for the defender.

The move comes less than 24 hours after the club signed Stefano Guberti from Bari.

Motta is currently in Sweden with the Azzurrini. Pierluigi Casiraghi's side clash with Belarus later tonight. a win will see them through to the next phase of the Under-21 European Championship.

Roma S.p.A. rende noto di aver esercitato in data odierna, nel rispetto dei termini previsti dalla normativa federale vigente in materia, il diritto di opzione per l’acquisizione a titolo definitivo, con accordo di partecipazione, del diritto alle prestazioni sportive del calciatore MARCO MOTTA, a seguito degli accordi sottoscritti in data 1° febbraio 2009 con l’Udinese Calcio, con effetti a decorrere dalla stagione sportiva 2009-2010.
Il corrispettivo previsto in favore dell’Udinese Calcio per l’acquisizione a titolo definitivo è stabilito in 7 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, da corrispondersi in tre annualità tramite LNP, di cui 2,2 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2009-2010, 2,6 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2010-2011, e 2,2 milioni di euro, oltre Iva, nella stagione sportiva 2011-2012.
Il corrispettivo previsto in favore di A.S. Roma per la cessione del diritto di partecipazione è stabilito in 3,5 milioni di euro, da incassarsi in tre annualità tramite LNP, di cui 1,1 milioni di euro, nella stagione sportiva 2009-2010, 1,3 milioni di euro, nella stagione sportiva 2010-2011, e 1,1 milioni di euro, nella stagione sportiva 2011-2012.

罗马俱乐部6月24日宣布使用对莫塔的优先共有权。根据罗马与乌迪内斯于2009年2月1日签订的协议，从2009-20赛季起两家俱乐部将共同拥有莫塔。
莫塔的转会费为700万欧元，分三年支付。其中2009-10赛季220万欧元，2010-11赛季260万欧元，2011-12赛季220万欧元。
同时罗马以350万将莫塔的一半所有权转让给乌迪内斯，同样分三年支付。其中2009-10赛季110万欧元，2010-11赛季130万欧元，2011-12赛季110万欧元。
