内网用户怎么才能通过PES2009的网络监测？

我家宽带是内网，用NETWORK进入时，网络检测都无法通过，出不来登陆界面。防火墙已经全部关闭，没有使用路由器，XP和Vista都试过。别人用ADSL就能通过网络监测，我家小区宽带用dr.com方式登陆认证。
进入NETWORK网络检测后显示：Unable to transmit using UDP port 5730.You may need to connect directly to the inernet or adjuse your connection device i.e. router setting etc.
Assign DMZ,Port Mapping,Configure NAT Table and other router settings to the console.Individual products may use unique terminology.

请问大侠们如何解决？这是什么原因造成的，我给宽带公司打电话，他们说他们没有关任何端口。我的内网ip是10.10.XX.XX
