Leagues promotion and relegation: (升降级处理)

All European leagues will be reviewed for the new season 17/18, we are creating the newly promoted teams and moving the relegated teams.
We created the newly promoted teams, the teams are not fully finished in this update but will be soon. the new teams added so far are:

Fixed AI formation issue: (修复AI设定问题)
some of the new teams added in the 9.4 had an issue with the AI formation when playing in FL modes, it will make bug in the players positions

when the AI uses strategical formations.
this is because these teams do not have konami tactic files, do not reset the formation of these teams to default because there is no default

formation for them.

Fixed Switcher issue: (修复切换器问题)
one of the options in the switcher is not working properly, this update will review and fix all options to get correct teams and leagues as

Updated kits 17/18:
we started updating the kits for the new season 17/18, the updated kits included in this update are for the major clubs.
为主流俱乐部更新17-18赛季球衣

– fixed balls system files 修复足球系统文件
– fixed some players 修复部分球员的小问题

使用说明：
1、本补丁(update 9.4.1)大小为621MB，请基于Smoke Patch 9.4 AIO版安装~，切勿与其他大补混用；
2、下载解压，双击安装文件，选择游戏根目录（即有pes2017.exe的目录）进行安装即可。
