1. Choosing a template
There are three templates available:- Analog Static, which is based on Copa Libertadores / AFC Champions League adboards
- Digital Rotating, which features 8 different adboards rotating
- Digital Video, which can play a USM video file
2. Preparing your template
First, come up with a name for your template, for example "bundesliga", "barcelona" or something else. Now open the folder of the template you have chosen and do the following things:- Go to \common\render\model\bg\hit\bill\ and rename the folder named after the template to the name you have come up with, for example "bundesliga".
- Go to \common\bg\model\bg\bill\ and rename the folder named after the template to the name you have come up with, for example "bundesliga".
- Go to \common\bg\model\bg\bill\your_folder_name\ and rename the files "template_name_df.xml", "template_name_dr.xml", "template_name_nf.xml" and "template_name_nr.xml" to "your_folder_name_df.xml", "your_folder_name_dr.xml", "your_folder_name_nf.xml" and "your_folder_name_nr.xml", for example "bundesliga_df.xml", "bundesliga_dr.xml", "bundesliga_nf.xml" and "bundesliga_nr.xml".
- In the same folder, open the file "bill_texlist.xml" with a text editor and replace all occurrences of "template_name" with "your_folder_name", for example "bundesliga" (not necessary for the Digital Video template).

3. Relinking your adboards
You have to relink your adboards in \common\bg\model\bg\bill\config\config.xml. If you already have a config.xml, you can expand it; else you can copy the folder config\ in this archive to \common\bg\model\bg\bill\.
In order to relink the adboards to certain matches, you need to insert a line in config.xml in this format:

- The parameter stid defines if the adboards only show up in a specific stadium. -1 means this parameter is ignored. Here is a list of stadium IDs:

- The parameter compeid defines if the adboards only show up in a specific competition. -1 means this parameter is ignored. Here is a list of competition IDs (incomplete / not tested yet):

- The parameter hometeamid defines if the adboards only show up when a certain team is playing at home. -1 means this parameter is ignored. Here is a list of team IDs: http://www.evo-web.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=74285
- The parameter teamexclusion should be set to 0 if a hometeamid is defined. -1 means this parameter is ignored.
- The parameter pattern needs to contain the name you have come up with, for example "bundesliga".
- The parameters language, region and title can be ignored.
4. Editing your adboards
You should see the template adboards now when playing a match with the parameters you specified in config.xml. Then you are able to edit the adboard textures in\common\bg\model\bg\ bill\your_folder_name\texture\. If you use the Digital Video template, just insert your USM file in the folder\common\bg\model\bg\bill\your_folder_name\movie\.
Attention: When editing the analog static and digital rotating adboards, be aware that if a picture extends over two textures, there needs to be an overlap of 3px between both textures so the picture is displayed correctly ingame.
If you want to edit the cam carpets next to the goals, you can find those textures in \common\bg\model\bg\ bill\your_folder_name\90systemAd\texture\. If you don't want the cam carpets to show up, just delete the folder \common\bg\model\bg\ bill\your_folder_name\90systemAd\.
5. Sharing your adboards
When you are done, feel free to share your adboards with the community. Just upload your folders from \common\render\model\bg\hit\bill\ and \common\bg\model\bg\bill\ and don't forget to state the line you've added in config.xml.
