Hi guys,

I wanted to make a tutorial about importing boots to PES 2014 since the are some major differences with PES 2013. It took me a while to figure it out on how to import boots in the game but in the end I have succeded .

In PES 2013 there were packed .img files which contained the .bin files, where were located the textures. So if you wanted to import new boots to the game, you had to use the Game Graphic Studio to import new textures to the .bin files. You could import the textures simply by dragging the .png over the texuture shown in Game Graphic Studio or export the .bin, import the texture to the .bin with another software and in another format (.tiff, .dds), import the bin back to the .img.

In PES 2014 there are packed .cpk files, which contain .bin files and textures in different formats (.dds for boots). Boots are not .bin files anymore, now are directories which contain .dds images, model and mlt files. For now there isn't any software avalaible similar to Game Graphic Studio, except the one that Jenkey1002 made (PES FILE EXPLORER) but it still has some issues, hopefully he will improve the software soon, because it looks better than Game Graphic Studio. He made also the Pes File Loader which is very usefull, because it is like kitserver, which was used in the previous PES series.

These are the steps to follow to import boots to the game:

1. Download the CriPackedFileMaker http://proevolutionsoccerphilippines.for...t=50279737

2. Download the File Loader by Jenkey1002 http://jenkey1002.blogspot.com/

3. Open CriPackedFileMaker

4. Click the first diamond (Open CPK File) in the upper right corner and open dt32.cpk file, located in your PES 2014 Data directory

5. Once the file is loaded click the second diamond in the upper right corner (Extract content files from CPK file) and extract the files

6. Install File Loader in your PES 2014 directory and make sure the .ini file has the same name as your .exe file

7. Go to your PES 2014 folder, open FileLoader folder, pes14_win_dat, common and create new folders in this order
\character0\model\character\boots, this should look like:
disk name:\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\FileLoader\pes14_win_dat\common\character0\model\character\boots

8. Open the folder where you extracted the files from the .cpk, go to boots folder and copy all the directories to
disk name:\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 2014\FileLoader\pes14_win_dat\common\character0\model\character\boots

9. Find the boot textures and convert them to .dds files, if the textures are already in .dds format just rename them like the files in the directory. For example :
in the folder k1011 are the textures of adidas Predator LZ II, so if you want to import the main texture just rename
your .dds texture to k1011_c.dds copy and overwrite the k1011_c.dds file in the directory

10. Now the boots should work in the game and you can do this for all the other boots

Special thanks to Jenkey1002 for his tribute to PES 2014 and for developing very usefull software and to whoever made CriPackedFileMaker

For any questions you can contact me on this forum
