[求助] 紧急求助！为什么3.0装不了！

我的系统是win7 64bit英文版，机器是T420

双击setup.exe时，弹出对话框提示：The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you are running!!!

双击Pro Evolution Soccer 2012.msi时，提示：This installation package could not be opened!!!

怎么回事啊？我下载的是国际版，解压到2012游戏根目录的

紧急求助报警装置, 紧急求助按钮安装高度, 紧急求助按钮, 紧急求助报警系统, 景区紧急求助系统
