Provision war Streitpunkt
„Der Deal ist unter Dach und Fach. Es gibt ein Übereinkommen zwischen Real Madrid und dem AC Milan und natürlich auch zwischen Real Madrid und dem Spieler sowie seinem Vater und Manager Bosco Leite, der die Verhandlungen etwas blockiert hat, indem er über seine Provision verhandelt hat“, so Lowe gegenüber Sky SportsNews.
Doch höhere Ablöse?
Eine offizielle Präsentation des Brasilianers in der Hauptstadt soll erst Ende der Woche oder Anfang nächster Woche stattfinden. Die Ablösesumme liegt bei rund 65 Millionen Euro, durch das hohe Angebot von Chelsea (Goal.com berichtete) könnte die tatsächliche Summe aber bei 75 Millionen Euro liegen.
Kakas Aussagen nur Taktik
Grund für das Übereinkommen sei vor allem die gute Beziehung zwischen Milan-Vizepräsident Adriano Galliani und dem neuen Real-Präsidenten Florentino Perez. Die jüngsten Aussagen von Kaka, dass er den „Rossoneri“ treu bleiben möchte, seien laut Lowe nur eine Taktik des Brasilianers gewesen, um etwas Luft im Medienrummel zu bekommen.

The 28-year-old has spent three seasons with Almeria and helped them to finish 11th in the league this year, making 31 starts over the course of the campaign.
It was reported last summer that he was looking for an exit from the club, but at the time no suitable offers came in for him.
Now though he will move to Getafe and become Michel's first signing of the summer as he looks to rebuild his squad for next season.
As well as Mane it looks certain that Geta will secure the signing of Osasuna goalkeeper Ricardo soon, and they have today extended the deal of David Belenguer by a year.
Almeria are unlikley to lose only Mane this summer and they look as though they will have to do plenty of rebuilding themselves.
Both Bruno and Iriney Santos might have rejected moves to Real Betis, but they could move elsewhere, and Alvaro Negredo is set to leave too.
Hugo Sanchez will at least be at the helm, but he will have to bring in some players, notably a new forward and some midfielders.

Reports earlier today regarding Milan's interest in the player have been confirmed...
Getafe president, Angel Torres, has revealed that AC Milan have shown interest in signing highly-rated midfielder Juan Albin.
The Uruguayan has been in Madrid for three seasons now and his performances seem to have attracted plenty of suitors from the continent.
Speaking about the situation today, Torres told AS that Milan are one of the clubs who have looked at the player in the past.
"A short while ago, maybe two months, the possibility was presented to us that if they sold Kaka then they could move . Certainly he is wanted, there are opportunities, but we have not had any offers for him yet," said the president.
The news of Milan's interest in Albin comes just a day after it was revealed that Kaka is reportedly close to signing for Spanish giants Real Madrid.
Whilst Albin is not at the same level as the Brazilian, he would cost the Italian outfit around 20 million if they were to activate his release clause.
However, it is thought that instead of paying that sum, Milan will look to trade both Mathias Cardaccio and Tabare Viudez for the Getafe midfielder.
Whether the move depends on Kaka leaving Milan is not clear, but perhaps the Italian club are preparing for the worst.

够了，已经不知道有多少媒体今天开始炒作卡卡已经和皇马签约的消息了，加利亚尼去了西班牙就表示谈判已经结束了。嘿嘿。媒体们，请你们闭嘴吧！！当事人皇马，米兰，卡卡甚至卡卡的父亲都没有发表任何言论，那些喜欢炒作的媒体，你们就猜吧！！
足球史上恐怕没有任何一桩转会可以和卡卡的转会相提并论，很容易想象没有任何一家媒体会愿意落在后面披露什么所谓的秘闻。中国任何一家媒体的消息，难道不是从意大利或者西班牙那些种种猜测里面翻译过来的么？？？说不定你追根到底，也就是阿斯报和米兰体育报捕风捉影，结果被一个一个媒体以讹传讹的夸大其词，最后成为了卡卡已经转会皇马，媒体为什么不说皇马父亲已经买了西班牙的房子？或者卡卡其实12年前就和皇马签订了终身合同呢？这样不是更加具有爆炸性？？？？
大家都关注，因为卡卡的忠诚已经在一亿欧元面前经受住了考验。那么这次呢？
简单的分析一下：
贝卢斯科尼说，还有米兰一贯的做法，都是尊重球员本人的意愿，但是不要忘了，卡卡已经最后一次向米兰体育报表示，不要再问这个问题了，他希望留在米兰。那么在这种情况下，贝总会不会冒天下之大不韪呢？如果出售，无非是给世界2个信号：米兰不再是一个和睦的家庭，还有米兰缺钱，贝卢斯科尼没钱了。这种打自己巴掌，而且冒着失去众多球迷的危险地事情，他会做？？？？如果会，我们看错他20年了！！
再说说莱昂纳多的上任，如果他不会留住自己从巴西带来的球员，自己看着从一个新星成为金球奖得主的球员，他的上任，会有人服气么？以后凭什么领导米兰？莱昂纳多明显就是准备依靠卡卡重建米兰的，如果卡卡都留不住，离他的辞职也就不远了。
退一万步说，就算卡卡真的要走，也仅仅是贝卢斯科尼的意思。世界少了谁都一样转，真正的米兰球迷，还会和我们一起继续留在红黑的阵营当中。
所以，请大家不要随便相信媒体的捕风捉影了。我们要对米兰多一点信心。
