There are sensational rumours that Milan midfield ace Clarence Seedorf is considering a transfer to Juventus.
San Siro was packed to welcome new recruit Ronaldinho last night, but not everyone was delighted by the decision to sign the Brazilian.
Seedorf had spoken out against signing Dinho and had hinted that he wouldn’t be willing to hand over his No 10 shirt to the former Barcelona man.
While La Gazzetta dello Sport insists that the Dutchman was amongst the first to offer Dinho a warm welcome, Tuttosport claims that wasn’t the case and that Seedorf is considering his future.
The Turin-based newspaper also reports that Juve are keeping and eye on the situation after passing up the opportunity of signing Liverpool’s Xabi Alonso.
Although the Old Lady claim they have finished their shopping for the summer, there is still a gap for a creative midfielder after the arrival of the pugnacious Christian Poulsen.
Seedorf has something of a reputation for his outspoken behaviour in the dressing room and Milan may consider it detrimental to the spirit of the side to keep him at the club.
The rumours seem fanciful at this stage but it remains to be seen whether Seedorf will accept the possibility of spending significant periods on the bench.
Seedorf has already played for both Inter and Milan and would be one of very few players to represent all three of Italy's giants.
