PES2008直联器GoalConnector不能做主机的调查

不知道什么意思，但能做主，教育网固定独立ip的。

教育网连不到STUN网战检测
和上不了国外网一个道理

我检测的是可以做主机
也做过主机和人对战
现在的问题就是  我做主机 人家在我这边显示的很卡
但是人家那边显示正常  
如果我做客机  两边都正常了
难道我1.5MB电信还存在带宽不够?郁闷了:bz36:
