皮耶罗：我要终老尤文

Alex: Bianconero for life
Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero expects to sign a new contract that will see him complete his career with the Bianconeri.
The Old Lady have delayed discussions with the 32-year-old forward in order to concentrate on holding on to Pavel Nedved, David Trezeguet and Mauro Camoranesi, but the talismanic Juventino claims there are no hard feelings.
“I’m not worried and I’m not angry that the club has given priority to other situations,” Del Piero maintained. “I don’t think I’m going to go anywhere. I want to stay in Turin.”
Alex’s current contract expires within the year, but after 14 years at Juve it is highly unlikely that he would consider moving, especially given his status at the club.
“Any difficulties with negotiations should be easily overcome given the words of respect from Claudio Ranieri and the board,” he confirmed.
“Nothing can stop my desire to play and to be the best. People are saying that I can’t play for the whole 90 minutes, but that’s not true.” |
