实测：
原版+WECN1.0+上面各种补丁。
可选择中文，目前没发现有方块。
在菜单中可选择2级联赛的队伍。
2级联赛队伍不可在联赛杯赛选项中使用。ML正常。绿荫没测试。

另外这个才是真正的越南大补之后的图标。
