绿茵传奇修改器的问题 跪求各位帮忙

跪求实况2009中文解说WECN WSI V5.0版的绿茵传奇修改器（能修改球队阵容的） 小弟下了几个1.4版的修改器 nhl_7 games editor081119，090423和PRO-EVO+Editing+Studio+2009+V1.4  之前用EPT某1.4版修改器发现依然能够修改5.0版的中文名字和球员指标 因此对这2款修改器抱定信心 但是在历经1周时间的艰苦努力 依次攻克了包括FRAMEWORK 3.5 SP1无法安装在内的诸多问题之后 以为大功就要告成之际 却发现修改器依然无法启用 受到不小打击 非常气馁 求诸大侠救教  
PRO-EVO+Editing+Studio+2009双击无法启动 提示 未能从程序集"mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089"中加载类型"System.DateTimeOffset"  不知何故 求指教

nhl_7 games editor读取内存时均提示 应用程序中发生了无法处理的异常。无法创建ACTIVE X组件.. 详细信息如下：

************** JIT 调试 **************
要启用实时(JIT)调试，
该应用程序或计算机的 .config 文件(machine.config)的 system.windows.forms 节中必须设置
jitDebugging 值。
编译应用程序时还必须启用
调试。

例如:

启用 JIT 调试后，任何无法处理的异常
都将被发送到在此计算机上注册的 JIT 调试器，
而不是由此对话框处理。

为这2款软件小弟已花了1周的时间 小弟的热情快消耗殆尽了 求各位大侠帮助
