运行KitsRelink，就出现下面一些英文：

To run this application,you first must install one of the following versiongs of the .NET Framawork:v2.0.50727 Contect your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework.

解决这个问题，只要安装Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0就行了
