欧冠8强抽签采取新规则(貌似是我错了。。。还是随机)

日前，欧足联作出决定，2007～2008赛季的冠军杯1/4决赛将不像往届那样采取随机抽签的方式，而是根据进入8强的各队在小组赛中的6场以及1/8淘汰赛中2场比赛的总成绩，确定4支种子队，跟另外4支非种子队直接交手，而不再通过抽签的方式确定对阵情况。
   欧足联的这个决定一方面可以鼓励各队在小组赛和1/8淘汰赛中，每场比赛都争取好成绩。同时也能在一定程度上保护强队的利益，避免随机抽签、两支超级强队提前对话的残酷局面出现。

   从目前积分看，曼联、巴萨都为19分，肯定第一档；利物浦取胜晋级也只有16分，将和04，费内巴切三队同为二档！

   要是国际淘汰利物浦，将和阿森那、切尔西罗马同积17分，如果算进胜球的话，阿森那12，切尔西10、罗马7，国米少赛一场8.
   这样看来，利物浦晋级（可能性较大），曼联、巴萨、切尔西、阿森那将在第一档不会相遇，甚至可能出现4国战英超的局面（巴萨抽到利物浦

For the draw of the quarter-finals and semi-finals clubs are seeded based onthe results in the group and first knockout stage of the current season (eight matches). The ranking is calculated in the same way as the team coefficients, but no bonus points nor country contribution are applied. If two or more clubs are equal on points the UEFA Team Ranking 2007 determinesthe seeding.


Quarter-finals
　　6.09 The eight winners of the first knockout round contest the quarter-finals. Theuarter-final pairings are determined by means of a draw. The quarter-finalsare played under the cup (knock-out) system, on a home-and-away basis(two legs). The team which scores the greater aggregate of goals in the twomatches qualifies for the semi-finals. Otherwise, the stipulations of Article 7apply.
