PES 2011 Ultimate Editor v2.1.0
Features :

+ Fixed “savaing” to be “saving”
- Fixed bug with Americas teams in league editor
- Changed black color to 0×131313 instead of 0×020202
- Apply button was moved to new place in teams tab
- Fixed invalid leagues names in unnamed_1826.bin editing mode
- Improved option league settings reset (If you have a problem with the fact that some team after editing unnamed_1826.bin displayed in game with the flag of Austria or some other problems – in that case you should press the “restore def. teams order” button)

Version 2.0.9:
- Added National teams leagues, D2 league, Copa Libertadores, etc to Leagues Editor
- Added extended ball support for Leagues Editor
Version 2.0.8:
- Added import from csv function (file must be encoded in utf8)
- All kits properties of pesedit’s option (for valid slots) are supported
- Added unsafe mode (allowed to edit all players) (safe = 0 in Settings.ini). I don’t recomend you to use this property.

- Added leagues editor (unnamed_1826.bin)
- Improved support of pesedit’s options

基本功能：
针对edit.bin进行如下修改操作：
*汉化操作：即球员名、球队名、联赛名的修改
*球员属性修改（数值，脸型，球鞋...)
*球队数据修改（球衣指向，球衣模板，球衣紧身度，助威包指向...)
*转会
*很多很多.....

使用指南：
1，需要安装Microsoft .NET framework，最新的是0.4：http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/B/E/1BE39E79-7E39-46A3-96FF-047F95396215/dotNetFx40_Full_setup.exe 。
2，如果修改中出现数值大小错误，需要将系统的非unicode码改为英语，简单点说就是将系统语言改为英文，当然如果你用的是俄文版就把系统语言改为俄文。
3，改完系统语言记得改回来，不然会出现游戏setting的无法保存问题。
PS:以上教程针对windows 7 32 bit，其他系统相同问题相同办法。

打开EDIT后，找到球队后，修改球衣后，跟着怎么保存？
我试过按第三个键另存为新的EDIT，但只有1,7M,
原来的EDIT有6.58M,证明我的操作是错的。
