安装了v3.1b以后，点击程序图标，弹出窗口上面写 either the file is damaged or was not correctly installed.please uninstall before installing it again. 哪位大侠能帮帮我啊，我现在玩不了实况，都活不下去了，我也没有安装程序的，网速又慢，也下载不了....55555，高手帮帮我吧！！！
