Shoot+R1 is lower lob. you have to be very close to the goal keeper.
Shoot+L1 can be very high lob which would fly over the keeper's head. But this is harder to control. In my point of view, the slower you are moving, the more accuracy you will get. If you stand on the Large Box line (DA JIN QU XIAN), and Shoot+L1 with a half power, it will goes in perfectly. Because once you step in the box, the goalie will come to you, he will leave you an empty goal behind.
