弹出“Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application”对话框
无法找到一个版本的运行该应用程序的运行，谁能告诉我是怎么回事。

去下framework，现在用的多的是4.0

M NET.F 4.0 没装吧，要不是就是3.5没装
