这个可以浏览全部有关图形的bin文件，可以简单导入导出文件，可以替换一些有关bin里面的一些图形！还有什么功能呢？

一个经常喊别人小白的玩家，我不知道怎么评价！就算你认识什么海外高手，什么工具开发天才，会点球衣绘画和美化替换，也不至于经常喊别人小白！我承认您是有一定基础，比一般玩家强，但是还没看到过您出的补丁！紫色2011独自出了一个大补，但人家也没喊过别人小白，您说呢？

PES Ultimate Data Explorer
Program is aimed to enhance the convenience of editing .bin and.img files of PES.
The main features:
- Edit files and blocks in the HEX mode without using zlib / unzlib
- Import and export blocks of unnamed_ *. bin files
