1. Add Banners Relink (Support unnamed_11.bin from dt04.img and unnamed_1973.bin from dt0f.img)

2. Add Option to save OF in which version you want (from 1.00 to 1.30)

3. Fix bug with multilanguage and Teamnames capitalize function

4. Improved Players Tab :
         a. Add Support for Players reputation in Players Tab - Thx hio !

5. Improved Teams Tab :
   a. Add Support for all languages in Teams names

8. Improved Database Manager Tab :
   a. Improve League Editor : Add Drag and Drop function (Replace and when "ctrl" press = Insert)         
   b. Improved Locked players function
   c. Add Teams Manager function (allow to add Teams and attribute ID, continent, country, license and Team rank)
   d. Add "Add Players" function (now you can improve the number of players in OF and in game !) Thx zioborgo !
   e. Add Nationalities Manager (You can link nationality with new added nationals teams) - Thx zioborgo
   f. Add Expand logos bin function (increase numbers of logos in unnamed_22,23 and 2006,2007)

安装目录下Docs文件甲里点开"Microsoft Chart Controls for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5"文件,自动连接到一个网站,下载安装那个"MSChart.exe"就可以运行了.
