Patch with 16 teams
I'd made this patch long time ago, continuing the work of a Poland forum. I'd like to share it with you. My additions are 3 Greek teams (AEK Athens, Panathinaikos and Olympiakos).
Morover the patch includes:
3 National teams: Netherlands, Germany, Spain
13 Clubs: Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea, Ajax, Twente, Dortmund, Real Mandrid, Barcelona, Wisla Krakow, Slask Wroklaw AEK Athens, Panathinaikos, Olympiakos.

Instructions: Extract "default" folder to "Gameplay Football\databases" path.
