This is most likely a rename of their existing engine that they're already using.Anybody who has worked in the games industry will know that writing a new engine from scratch (for a game with the scope of FIFA or Madden) is near impossible.Especially since these games need to ship on a iterative basis.An engine is a large investment in tools and pipelines, which take several years to change.
