PES+2013 League Flag Relinker

一款修改联赛名旁国旗的小工具INFORMATIONS:

Whit this tool, you can relink national flags for leagues in team selection mode.
It's compatible only with Reloaded NoDvd 1.0
Flags are in unnamed_1359.bin in dt06.img


HOW TO USE:

1 - Load your exe (File => Load Exe)
2 - Relink the flag to your league and press Apply
3 - Save your exe (File => Save Exe)
