关于坛子里昙花一现的4.25G-RELOADED，求赐教

记不清是在哪里看见的这个帖子
也记不清是什么情况下点击下载的
更记不清是何时离线下载完的
不过事实是，刚才看迅雷离线下载的时候发现了这个玩意，如图所示。


我只选择性的取回了TXT文档，英文不好，不知啥意思，请达人赐教。内容如下：
